My aunt had the blessing to find Stephanie as an agent purely by accident when she represented a property we were looking at. She immediately focused on listening to my 88 year old aunt's needs, without diplomatically telling us the "hovering nieces" to chill. Stephanie was able to learn about our aunt, an artist, and actually brought a compass to every condo she showed, so my aunt could evaluate the sunrises and sunsets. I doubt there is any agent on the planet that would have thought about that. She found my aunt, (BTW without the nieces being present) the perfect condo for my aunt, who then purchased the first property in her life. And my aunt had 8 wonderful happy years in that space.
I came back to Stephanie after my aunt's passing to sell her condo. Stephanie continued to be a person in my aunt's life after the sale as friends and so we also as nieces felt the same way about her. I reached out to Stephanie to help us sell the condo after my aunt's passing as we trusted her feedback and we lived south of Boston on the Cape and she could advise us on the North Andover market.

Stephanie was magical. We interviewed a couple realtors and she was the obvious choice. She gave us a crash course in market pricing at our first meeting--with actual data and numbers instead of out-of-thin-air ballpark guestimates! She presented us with three legitimate pricing strategies. Then she helped us market the hell out of our home. She literally rolled up her sleeves and helped us stage the house--we're talking way beyond adding a throw pillow. She moved furniture, rugs, hung curtains, helped us edit. She brought in the perfect photographer who made our smaller home seem airy and inviting, highlighting all of the best features in a true-to-life way.
